Navy Essentials Mid length Shorts are classic workout shorts, cut to the same shape as our patterned shorts, these offer the same Sturdy quality but in a plain colour.
The material is soft and silky smooth and yet supportive with a very forgiving stretch.
These shorts are approx 5.5 inches inner seam unstretched and around 7.5 inches stretched when wearing. Perfect if you like a mid length short.
Our leggings have a small zip pocket in the rear of the waistband which is perfect for your keys or a standard sized phone as well as an open side pocket on both thighs large enough to take your phone.
Our material has a fast moisture wicking capability which can help you to stay dry and maximize your workout comfort.
This fast moisture wicking material also means they dry very quickly after washing.
Flat stitched seams help to avoid chaffing and also help to give you that barely there, second skin feeling
